Over the years that we have been engaged in active, independent legal practice, we have met many young lawyers who want to work with us. Many of the lawyers on our team started with us as trainees, passed their Bar Association examinations and continue with the Firm as salaried associates or salaried partners.
Whenever we issue a call for applications or advertise a vacancy, the response from young colleagues is truly impressive, as we have to select one colleague from thirty or more CVs, many of which are truly noteworthy.
For those young lawyers whom we cannot take on, we created the Hive. And especially for young lawyers who have the mindset that they can succeed through their own work.
If you join the Hive, you become part of our team while working on your own cases. For our part, we offer you a premium working environment, in a brand-new space we are preparing, our support with the legal and practical problems you will face, cases that the Firm’s workload does not allow us to take on ourselves, and people who will be by your side whenever you feel despair—and there will be many such moments.
The Hive, moreover, serves as a cradle for some of our Firm’s future salaried associates and partners. But that is something we will discuss in the future.
